      <title>Matthew Williamson launches Fall 2012 collection</title>
      <link>http://www.attirebridal.com/news.cfm?News_ID=3247</link>
<description>Pieces rich in texture, using couture techniques to create embellishment and luxuriousness, are at the heart of the Matthew Williamson 2012 Bridal Collection. The new collection begins with the romance of the rose tulle gown. Hand-crafted and hand-painted roses gently trailing over the shoulder, on a bed of gathered silk tulle, scattered with soft pearlescent beads and Swarovski crystals. The quintessentially classic English wedding is seen in the influence of iridescent lacquer lace gowns and shift dress. Empire necklines full of intricate beadwork and embroidery accentuate the beautiful floral motifs in the vintage inspired lace. Placed delicately on the lattice of lace and fine beadwork are covered sequin flowers that softly reflect the light and ostrich feathers that move gently in the air. The loose easy fit of the kimono offers a relaxed alternative to the fitted gowns. A deep plunging cowl back, dusted with blush sequins and silk fringing falling softly over the arms adding a subtle drama yet high octane romance equal to that of the more formal pieces.</description>

      <title>Rachel Simpson opens new showroom</title>
      <link>http://www.attirebridal.com/news.cfm?News_ID=3196</link>
<description>More blushing brides will be able to get their hands on the creations of a Birmingham shoe designer after she opens a new showroom in the area. Rachel Simpson, owner of Rachel Simpson Ltd, has signed a three-year lease for a 1,361 sq ft unit on Castle Road at SEGRO's Kings Norton Business Centre (KNBC). Jane Leedham, leasing manager for SEGRO, said: "Rachel's designs are simply stunning. We are pleased to be able to provide the company with a secure unit that has all its requirements under one roof, including a space for customers to enjoy the experience of buying shoes for a special occasion." Rachel said: "Before moving to KNBC I was based in Digbeth. However, the warehouse and office were in separate units, so it wasn't an efficient working space. "We are now in a fantastic, central location that is close to the city centre as well as the motorway network and we have an all-purpose unit with office space, a warehouse and a large showroom, all in one place."
